I've been shipping software for over twenty five years. In recent years I've noticed something shift: AI makes one senior engineer as productive as an entire team. For certain engagements, that opens up a different way of working — with short lines and direct contact with the client.
Alphega stands for excellence. To me that means: sharp problem, pragmatic solution, working software. No sprint poker, no handoffs, no account managers.
I prefer to work on one engagement at a time. It keeps focus sharp and delivery predictable.

AI is leverage, not a replacement
AI accelerates a good engineer. It won't save a bad one. I use it as amplification of craft, not as a shortcut.

In two years every user will expect a chatbot to understand what's on the page and which actions are possible. Early adopters win.
Solo > agency for scoped work
For scoped AI work, a senior freelancer almost always beats an agency. One contact, one invoice, no context loss.
