I've been shipping software for over twenty five years. In recent years I've noticed something shift: AI makes a small group of senior engineers as productive as an entire agency. So I work with a network of independent specialists — for each engagement I assemble the team the job needs, with short lines and direct contact with the client.
Alphega stands for excellence. To me that means: sharp problem, pragmatic solution, working software. No sprint poker, no handoffs, no account managers.
Small and focused where it can be, scaled up where it has to be: for larger engagements I bring in extra specialists from my network, without the agency overhead. It keeps focus sharp and delivery predictable.

AI is leverage, not a replacement
AI accelerates a good engineer. It won't save a bad one. I use it as amplification of craft, not as a shortcut.
Page-aware AI becomes the default
In two years every user will expect a chatbot to understand what's on the page and which actions are possible. Early adopters win.
A network beats an agency
For AI work, a network of senior specialists almost always beats an agency: exactly the people the job needs, one point of contact, and none of the overhead, layers or context loss.
